Daniel Horn

Dan is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. He is a Rochester native and 20-year

military veteran. Dan completed both undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from St John Fisher College with a speciality in psychiatry. His clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD, however, he has experience working with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders in multiple settings since 2014.

Dan’s clinical experience includes chemical dependency inpatient, outpatient chemical dependency with medication-assisted therapy, acute inpatient psychiatry, psychiatric emergency department, outpatient mental health clinic and partial hospitalization. In addition to working at Penfield Psychiatry Dan works full-time for the University of Rochester Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.
